Went in to get a quote to repair an oil leak that is causing smoke. While I was opening my hood and explaining I had an oil leak, the employee said “no your car is brand new it doesn’t have an oil leak”. It’s a 2016 with 107k miles. Anyway I ignored his comment and opened the hood so he could see near the valve cover. He tells me to look under the car and see there’s no oil dropping on the ground, so I can’t have an oil leak. Then he shines his flashlight at my valve cover gasket area where the pooling oil is visible, and while we’re both looking at it he says “see, no oil leak”. I said thanks and left. I wouldn’t trust them with my car.
Amazing shop. Owner is so honest, and they do great work. Probably 1/4 cost of the dealership and twice as fast. I won’t take my car anywhere else
I don’t know what’s up with the guy who sits on the chair in the office. So arrogant and rude I don’t know how it doesn’t make people never wanna go back. Always angry over simple questions like they’re not getting paid for the work and doing us a favor. Need better people to handle customer service.
These guys are legit helpful and knowledgeable mechanics. They'll ask you to bring in your car so you don't waste any money buying parts you don't need because if they can fix it without the part, they'll do it. Sometimes it just takes cleaning a part off to get that fix which can save you money from those expensive dealerships. Definitely recommend this place!
I have a Honda Accord Touring and have been going to Honcura for the past two years for engine and transmission oil changes, despite not receiving good service from the manager. However, this time the experience was particularly terrible. During the transmission oil change, I noticed the mechanic removed the driver-side fender liner, which costs $456 OEM, but he didn’t put it back. When I checked a few days later, it was missing. I returned to the service center and pointed out the mechanic who did the service, but the manager refused to check with him. Instead, he responded arrogantly, telling me not to come to his shop and to complain to the police if I wanted. He was not willing to listen to my concerns. I would rate this service center negatively and strongly advise against going there. It’s worth going to a showroom service station rather than this center.
