Very close to the Airport and we stayed here to attend a wedding. Nice check in experience. The wedding reception was well done. One thing that could be improved is that for such a big crowd the bar could faced used some extra help. I did point that out to a manager. The restaurant was crowded with lots of students attending a conference. The coffee shop has long lines. Westin beds arr very comfortable for a great sleep.
Nice new hotel - Clean Rooms - Great service! In the summer on weekends; if you are located on the pool deck side, just be aware there is loud music. If you are also facing the front half of the hotel, there is a big screen from the venue you next door that stays on all night & can be bright in your room.
This hotel has a nice building that looks great from the outside. Rooms are big and spacious as well. The bar was nice but the only thing which I think was missing is the 'nice outdoor seating'. The location is great as you can walk to the Toyota music factory within 2 minutes.
Friendly staff, nice location with plenty of restaurant and bar options close by. Rooms are a generous size with luxury amenities On-site coffee shop reasonably prices with good, fast breakfast choices. Plenty of on-site parking and open spaces
We have a convention every year in May at the ICC and our guests stay at the Westin. Every year our guests talk about how great the hotel is. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the restaurant food is very good and the staff wonderful. I have to give a shout out to Sarah (night Mgr) Joshua who works the front desk and Ms Cindy who runs the club level. They are kind, helpful and accommodating but seeing Cindy each time feels like coming home. I know I'm missing more but I am so glad we will continue to book this hotel.
