Nice location. Safe. Plenty of restaurants to choose within 5 minutes drive. Don’t expect a lot of amenities like extra soap, lotion etc. For the price; well worth the stay. Room was clean. Air filter on AC probably needed to be changed and cleaned. Tube and sink missing stopper. So, wasted water but I don’t pay the water bill. Well, I guess I do sort of. We will stay again. Easy access before you get deep into Dallas traffic.
I had a really hard time getting a new room. It took SEVERAL guest and even someone calling 911/Fire department for them to FINALLY help us after demanding to talk to a manager. We were told we had to wait several hours before we could even get another room and it was already late. My room smelled like someone painted in my room and the chemicals were so strong that I couldn’t stay in there. I had to sit in the lobby until I was able to finally get help. I had a really bad headache from the smell and begin to feel lightheaded. The manager never came which we were told he would. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to poor management.
I lived the location of the property since we were going to the Global Life Field but also visiting Carrollton. But the rooms seem old. Rust in the bathroom, and the ac is an old system that takes a bit to cool down a room. The pool is extremely tiny. I would stay here again since the location is nice but the quality of the place is 4/5.
I checked in around 10 PM, and when I walked into the room, the AC was off. It felt like an oven in there, and even after turning the AC on, it took almost 4 hours to cool down. I get that they are trying to save on costs, but please keep the AC on during hot summer day's
Let me start by saying the Hotel is old and stinky. Smells like they had a flood. I cancelled 24 hours before my reservation and I was still charge for the the nights reserve, after filing a complaint with my credit card they were able to refund part of it they still charge me one night. Why if it was cancelled 24 hours before. How do I know the Hotel smells because a family member was staying there before and she had too leave days before because the smell was so bad. Thats the reason why I cancelled in the first please because I knew the place smells bad the hall ways you can feel the old carpet as you walk like in flooded floors. I will not recommend this place at all. bad service, charging you without staying and doing the proper cancelations.
